Tattoos and Scar Removal
There is a special type of laser that can remove tattoos and skin blemishes in hands, face and neck caused primarily by the sun. It is a painless treatment that leaves no scars or marks and is dependent on the pigmentation, skin type and age of the patient. For tattoos, color, depth, type and size of the tattoo is important.
Benign pigmented skin lesions that can be removed with laser are nevi, solar lentigines, melasma, age spots (melanotic macules), hipercrómicas scars, sequelae of depigmentation treatments, etc.
In the case of tattoos, you can remove both (decorative) art tattoos as traumatic tattoos (caused by writing ink, pencil leads, firearms, traffic accident, etc.), taking into account the characteristics thereof.
TREATMENT
The laser emits very quickly how much energy is absorbed by tattoos and skin blemishes destroying anything pigments, without affecting the surrounding skin and cause scarring.
For removal of skin blemishes, are usually made one to four sessions of 15 minutes with a period of four weeks apart.
For tattoo removal, depending on their characteristics, usually a session is needed more in terms of color, depth and size.

RESULTS
From the first treatment you can see the improvement. Keep in mind that many sessions are needed to see the final results, especially in the case of tattoos. The skin regains its normal color, natural look and even tone about three weeks after treatment.
